The Lady Trojans Basketball team split their two games at the Cleveland Clinic Holiday Tournament at Trinity. The girls defeated Christian Community 72-17, but lost to Fairland from Proctorville, Ohio 63-45 to finish second. Holy Name finished third by defeating Christian Community in the Consolation game. “Proud of my teams fight”, said Head Coach Kevin McNamara. “Fairland was the better team tonight. They are well coached and brought a high level of intensity to our gym. We did get better and we’ll continue to work hard moving forward in 2019”.
The Lady Trojans (8-2, 4-1) travel to Lake Catholic High School on Saturday, January 12th for a key NCL game. JV tip off at 1:00 pm followed by the Varsity at 2:30 pm.
