The Trojans have compiled a 4 – 5 record overall and 1 – 4 record in the conference. Senior Jacob Potts with two sub 40 rounds and an overall average of just over 40 per nine holes has consistently led the team all season. Every player has had a personal best score this season during competitive play. Potts had a low round of 36 in a victory over Wickliffe, junior Jack Rolando shot a 43 also against Wickliffe, senior Luke Wessel’s career low round of 47 also came against Wickliffe as did sophomore Jack Peters‘ career low of 44. Sophomore Brody Tancak-Peshek shot a career low 46 against Independence in the 2nd match of the year in a losing effort. First year senior Matt Williams has been coming alive recently shooting a 48 in a win over Parma on Thursday. “The team has been showing steady improvement as we have reached the half way point of the season”, said Head Coach Paul Prospal.

The team has 3 matches this week, starting with a tri-match on Monday against VASJ and Twinsburg followed by an important league match on Wednesday against Cuyahoga Hts. Thursday, the team has a re-match with Benedictine at Shawnee G.C.
