The Trojans Varsity Basketball team defeated Brooklyn, 60-28, in Godlewski Gym on Monday afternoon. The Trojans used a 31-8 run to close the first half and never looked back. Junior Isaiah King scored 26 points to pace the offensive, while teammates Ian Anderson (11 points), Keon Holland (7 points), and Chris Grooms (6 points, 10 rebounds) also contributed in the President’s Day matinee. Great defense, hustle and energy was brought again by Jack Maloney, Darrian Foster, Luke McKiernan, and Ryan Trent. The win was the teams fourth in the past six games.
The Trojans (6-10, 3-7) host Brookside tomorrow night for the last regular season home game.
