The Varsity Volleyball defeated Valley Christian last night 3 games to 0 in their first NCL match of the season. The scores of the games were 25-6, 25-18, 25-10.  Leading the team were seniors Danielle Eggert, 8 aces and 9 assists, Sydney Fecko, 10 kills, Katie Sparks,10 kills, and junior Cori Toth with 6 kills.

Golfers Split

The Trinity Trojan golf team gained a split in a tri-match on Wednesday defeating Benedictine, but losing to Western Reserve Academy.  The Trojans were led by senior Ethan Filippi with a 39 followed by senior’s, Joe LeSueur – 43 and Jarret Bennett -44. The Trojans take on Hawken on Friday at Wicked Woods Golf Course.

Trojans Beat Independence 33-7

The Trojans had a big game Friday night against Independence defeating them by a score of 33-7. Sophomore running back Andrew Kenaga rushed for 245 yards and scored 2 touchdowns. Cross Country Success Continues

The Boys Cross Country Team finished in 3rd place out of 18 teams this past Saturday at the Avon Lake Earlybird Invitational. The Varsity Volleyball team defeated Laurel School last night 3 games to 0.  The scores of the games were 25-20, 25-16, 25-8.  The team was led by seniors Katie Sparks, with 17 kills and Sydney Fecko with 11 kills.  Great defensive night by seniors Danielle Eggert with 13 digs and Emily Horoszko with 10 digs.

Girls Lose a Close One

The Girls Soccer Team battled to the end yesterday against Division-1 North Ridgeville before taking their first defeat of the season, 2-1, as they could not overcome a 2-0 halftime deficit despite their very best efforts in the second half. Senior Captain Emma Polinski scored to cut the visitors’ lead in half, but the girls
