Strong Performances by Cross Country

The girls Cross Country team, led by Freshman Christina Ibos and Sophomore Bonnie Daniels, finished a strong 5th place out if 14 schools on Saturday at the Valley forge Patriot Invitational. Christina finished 6th place and Bonnie 11th. Senior Carli Sparks, Anna Ibos and Junior Bryce Zamecnik also had strong performances to lead the girls.

The Trojan Varsity Cross Country teams competed in the Annual George Clements Invitational at University School on Saturday and had two impressive place winners. Sparks Impressive in First Meet

Junior Carli Sparks, in her first cross country meet, finished 4th in a field of 110 runners at Goodyear Park in Akron. On the boys side Senior Luke Jefferson was 38th and sophomore Andrew Gudz was 51st among 175 runners. Saturday the teams travel to University School for their meet at 8:30 AM.
